Handbook is Ready for Youth Workers!

As part of Activity 2: Educational Resources and Digital Tools for Social Integration, we are proud to present our brand-new Handbook – a practical “knowledge source” designed to help youth workers foster intercultural dialogue and social integration.

The handbook is now complete and ready to use in youth work settings across Europe. It combines theory, practical tools, and real-world examples from Belgium, Türkiye, and Austria.

It starts by explaining what intercultural dialogue is, why it matters in youth work, and how it differs from multiculturalism. Readers will find practical guidelines, simple activities, and real examples from Belgium, Türkiye, and Austria.

The second part focuses on creative expression as a tool for connection. It shares artistic methods such as digital storytelling, theatre, murals, and photography, along with tips for creating inclusive and safe spaces.

The final section explores digital tools that can support dialogue, from basic online platforms to AI-based solutions. It also addresses safety, ethics, and inclusion in digital youth work.

The handbook is now ready to inspire youth workers and help them build understanding and respect across cultures.
