New Horizons Project TPM2 was held in Vienna

The second Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM2) of the New Horizons project took place in Vienna on 27th August 2025. Partners from all participating organisations met to review achievements, exchange ideas, and plan the next stages of the project.

Project Management and Strategic Planning

The meeting started with a warm welcome, followed by an overview of A1 – Project Management presented by the coordinator. Partners reviewed the progress report, financial overview, timesheets, and project timeline. Important topics such as the project website, sustainability plan, quality assurance, and risk management were also addressed. This session ensured transparency and alignment across the consortium.

Educational Resources and Digital Tools

Later in the morning, the focus turned to A2 – Educational Resources and Digital Tools for Social Integration. Partners discussed the structure of the educational handbook, the design of interactive learning tools, and methods of evaluation. Concrete plans were also made for dissemination, ensuring that the resources created will reach young people, educators, and local communities effectively.

Artistic and Cultural Integration

In the afternoon, discussions moved to A3 – Artistic and Cultural Integration Events. Partners agreed on a common methodology for inclusive and creative workshops, focusing on different forms of artistic expression such as theatre, music, and visual arts. Each partner will adapt the methodology to their local context, organising events that connect young people, promote creativity, and encourage intercultural dialogue.

Public Awareness Campaigns

The session continued with planning for A4 – Public Awareness Campaigns. Partners developed strategies for visual and multimedia campaigns, social media actions, and media outreach. These campaigns will highlight the project’s impact, raise awareness about the challenges faced by migrant youth, and promote positive narratives of inclusion across Europe.

Next Steps and Closing

The meeting ended with an update of the overall project action plan, confirmation of the next online coordination meeting, and preparation for the upcoming meeting in Türkiye. A short conclusion and certificate ceremony marked the closing of TPM2, celebrating the shared commitment of all partners.

The Vienna meeting was a milestone in the project’s journey, strengthening cooperation among partners and laying a strong foundation for the next activities. Together, the consortium continues to work towards empowering migrant youth through education, creativity, and community engagement.
