The third Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM3) of the New Horizons project took place in Istanbul on 3rd December 2025, hosted by Bilim ve İnsan Vakfı. Partners from Türkiye, Austria, and Belgium came together to review progress, deepen collaboration, and refine the project’s upcoming activities.
During the meeting, the consortium revisited the overall project management structure and confirmed that implementation is advancing smoothly. Partners discussed the project website, communication workflow, and quality assurance measures, ensuring that all components remain aligned with the project’s objectives.
A significant part of the meeting focused on the development of educational resources and digital tools that support the social integration of migrant youth. Partners exchanged ideas on tutorial videos, interactive learning tools, and accessible digital content designed to strengthen the competencies of youth workers across Europe. Emphasis was placed on creating practical materials that can be used both online and in face-to-face settings.
The consortium also explored the upcoming artistic and cultural integration activities, which aim to bring young migrants and youth workers together through creative workshops. Discussions highlighted the role of visual arts, multimedia production, and digital storytelling in fostering inclusion, self-expression, and intercultural dialogue. Partners reflected on how these activities can empower young people while promoting meaningful community engagement.
Public awareness efforts formed another key topic of the meeting. Partners reviewed strategies for visual campaigns, social media communication, and storytelling formats that will help share the project’s impact with wider audiences. The goal is to raise awareness about the challenges migrant youth face while highlighting positive examples of participation and creativity.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to advancing the next steps of the project, preparing for the final phases, and continuing the strong collaboration built throughout previous months. TPM3 marked an important milestone, reinforcing the consortium’s dedication to supporting migrant youth through education, creativity, and inclusive community actions.
